SEOelinks started in 2014 in Brampton, Ontario, with a simple frustration: SEO agencies kept selling activity instead of outcomes. Ten years later, we are still small by choice.
Ten years of deliberate growth.
2014 — The Beginning
Arjun Mehta founded SEOelinks after five years in-house at a Canadian retail brand, watching agency after agency deliver reports and excuses. The first client was a local home-services business that needed to rank in Brampton. Within six months, they were in the map pack. Within a year, they had stopped running Google Ads entirely.
2016-2018 — Growth
Word of mouth brought in clients across the GTA, then across Ontario. We added technical SEO and content capabilities as clients outgrew pure local SEO.
2019 — First US Client
Our first US client was a B2B SaaS company in Chicago. Since then, US clients have grown to about a third of our roster.
2020-2022 — Remote Shift
The pandemic shifted everything remote. We stopped pretending we needed an office and invested in tooling and process instead. The team stayed small but the work got sharper.
2023-Present
We are now a team of five senior strategists working with clients across North America in e-commerce, SaaS, professional services, and home services. We turn down more clients than we take on, because saying yes to everything would mean doing bad work.

Plain English
Every recommendation can be explained to a non-technical business owner in two minutes. If we cannot explain it, we do not understand it well enough.
Senior over Scaled
We could grow to 30 people and double revenue. We would rather stay at 5 and do excellent work. The tradeoff is intentional.

We will tell you when SEO is not the right channel. We will tell you when expectations are unrealistic. We have lost deals by being honest. We have also kept clients for 5+ years.

Full audit — technical, content, link, competitive. Baseline, highest-impact opportunities, written report you can act on with or without us. 2-3 weeks.
Strategy
90-day plan. What we are doing, why, what we expect it to produce, how we will measure success. Living document, updated monthly.
Execution
Technical fixes, content creation, link building, on-page optimization, analytics refinement. Weekly updates, live dashboard, WhatsApp access.
Reporting
Monthly business review. Revenue, leads, pipeline — not vanity traffic charts. If traffic went up but leads went down, we explain why.
