Know exactly what’s broken.

Most websites don’t have a traffic problem. They have a clarity problem. Our audits find it, our CRO fixes it, and our dashboards prove it — month-to-month, with zero lock-ins.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

One audit. Every angle.

A proper audit doesn’t hand you a 90-page PDF of maybes. It tells you what’s broken, what it’s costing you, and what to fix first. We check over 120 points across technical SEO, content, links, and conversion — then rank every finding by impact, so you always know where the next dollar goes.

Audits are for three kinds of businesses: ones that suspect something is wrong but can’t name it, ones planning a redesign or migration and refusing to guess, and ones already spending on SEO that want an independent second opinion. If any of those sound familiar, you’re in the right place.

01

120-point forensic SEO audit

Crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, site architecture, content quality, and link profile. Every finding documented with evidence — screenshots, crawl data, real URLs — never vague warnings.

02

Conversion rate optimization

Hypothesis-driven A/B testing on the pages that matter: homepage, service pages, checkout. We test headlines, layouts, and calls to action properly — no redesign-by-opinion, ever.

03

GA4 setup & event tracking

A clean GA4 property with real conversion events: calls, form fills, WhatsApp taps, purchases. No more “direct / none” mysteries. You’ll know exactly where every lead came from.

04

Dashboards you’ll actually read

Looker Studio dashboards in plain language: rankings, traffic, calls, revenue — one screen, updated automatically. Shared with your team, explained on a call, and simple enough that you’ll check it without being asked. If a report needs a glossary to understand, it’s a bad report.

05

Competitor gap analysis

What the sites outranking you do that you don’t: content gaps, link gaps, speed gaps, review gaps. We map their playbook so you can beat it — legally and sustainably.

06

90-day prioritized roadmap

Every fix scored by revenue impact versus effort. The three things that matter most go first. You always know what to do next, what it costs, and why it matters.

PROCESS

How an audit runs.

No black boxes. Here’s the exact sequence, whether it’s the free 48-hour audit or the full forensic pass.

1

Crawl & data pull

A full site crawl plus your GA4, Search Console, and backlink data. We look at what Google sees and what your visitors actually do — both sides of the story.

2

Analysis

A senior strategist reads the data — not a script. Automated tools find symptoms; humans find causes. This is where twenty years of pattern recognition earns its keep.

3

Prioritized findings

Every issue scored by revenue impact and effort. The deep technical work — crawl paths, indexation, render fixes — is handled with the same rigor as our technical SEO services.

4

CRO test plan

For conversion issues, we write testable hypotheses and run proper A/B tests with statistical significance. One variable at a time. Real winners, not hunches.

5

Measurement

Dashboards go live, baselines get set, and every future change is judged against real numbers. If it didn’t move the metric, it didn’t work — and we say so.

PHILOSOPHY

Rankings are vanity without revenue.

Traffic that doesn’t convert is a cost, not an asset. Here’s how that belief shapes every audit we run — for local businesses through our Brampton SEO services, for stores via our ecommerce SEO work, and for brands navigating AI search.

Most agencies report rankings. We report revenue. That single difference changes which problems get fixed first, which tests get run, and — frankly — whether the engagement was worth it. If an audit can’t connect its findings to money, it’s entertainment, not strategy.

  • Every recommendation ties to a business outcome. If a fix won’t move calls, leads, or sales, it goes to the bottom of the list. Full stop.
  • Data over opinions. Your homepage doesn’t need a redesign because someone feels like it. It needs one when the tests say so.
  • Content gets judged like everything else. Thin pages get pruned or rebuilt under a real content strategy — never padded with filler to hit a word count.
  • Links get audited too. Toxic backlinks get disavowed; real authority gets built the slow, editorial way — the same standard as our white-hat link building.
  • Audits are the start, not the product. The value is in what gets fixed. That’s why every audit ships with a 90-day roadmap instead of ending at the findings.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What’s in the free 48-hour audit versus the deep audit?

The free audit is a senior strategist spending real time on your site: a crawl, a look at your GA4 and Search Console, and the three highest-impact findings with what to do about each. Delivered within 48 hours. The deep audit is the full 120-point forensic pass — every technical issue, content gap, link profile review, CRO analysis, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap. The free audit tells you where you stand; the deep audit tells you everything to do about it.

How long does a full audit take?

Usually one to two weeks, depending on site size. A 20-page local business site takes days; a large ecommerce catalog takes longer. You’ll get a firm timeline before we start — and the free 48-hour audit lands in two days either way.

Do you implement the fixes or just report them?

Both. The audit ships with a roadmap, and most clients have us implement it — either directly or alongside their own developers. We’re built in Brampton, Canada and serve clients worldwide, so async collaboration is the norm. If you’d rather take the roadmap in-house, that’s fine too. It’s yours either way.

Which tools do you use?

Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog for crawling, plus specialized tools for log-file analysis and JavaScript rendering checks. Tools find data; the strategist finds meaning. Anyone selling you a tool-generated PDF as an “audit” is selling you a printout, not an analysis.

How is CRO different from SEO?

SEO gets the right people to your site. CRO turns those people into customers. They overlap — page speed and page clarity help both — but CRO is about testing what visitors do after they arrive: which headline, which layout, which call to action actually converts. Our technical SEO work fixes the foundation; CRO fixes the leaks in the bucket.
